FEES

ILG charges a flat fee for most immigration matters.  The exact flat fee for each matter is agreed upon with the client in advance and depends entirely upon the facts of the specific case at hand.  The flat fee agreed upon will cover all legal services for the case at hand, including initial consultation, case strategy development, development of supporting evidentiary materials, drafting and finalization of forms, filing the case with the relevant government agency, interacting with the agency as necessary until the case is adjudicated, and providing follow-up advice to the client as necessary.  Please CONTACT ILG FOR A FLAT FEE RATE QUOTE.

Of course, ILG also offers traditional hourly billing arrangements for those cases that do not lend themselves to flat-fee arrangements.

In addition to the fees for legal services, the client will pay for most out-of-pocket expenses incurred in connection with each case. The out-of-pocket expenses typically include, without limitation, government filing fees, costs of recruitment in a labor certification case, educational evaluations for use in H-1B and labor certification cases, and “general administrative expenses” (e.g., photocopying, facsimile services, long-distance telephone calls, messenger and other delivery services, postage, legal research and forms software fees, etc. ). In most cases, a modest flat fee will charged for each matter to cover all general administrative expenses for the entire case, e.g., $100.
