Green Card Sponsorship

There are a number of paths to US Permanent Residency.  Permanent Residents have unlimited work and travel authorization.  After a certain number of years as a Permanent Resident, one may apply for citizenship.  The “Green Card” is generally obtained through the issuance of an immigrant visa at a U.S. Consulate or through adjustment of status in the U.S.  Permanent Residency can be obtained through Family Sponsorship, Employer-Sponsored Labor Certification, other employment-sponsored means, or through the annual green card lottery (Diversity Visa).   ILG routinely represents employers and individuals in permanent residency cases of all varieties.
